Fruity Feast

This is a great Idea to get kids eating healthy.

Get all sorts of fruit (eg. paw-paw, apple, banana etc.) and cut up. Arrange in patterns. Below is an example:

Cut two slices of Banana (you can leave the skin on to make it more interesting) for the eyes, a slice of watermelon or paw-paw for the mouth, half a strawberry for the nose and to add a salady touch to it you could put some curly parsley for the hair.

Get one gingerbread man for each person. Do the same with with an iceberg lettuce leaf, a stick of licorice and half a strawberry. Use the leaf as a breastplate and the stawberry half as a helmet. Cut the licorice stick into two unequal pieces and put them in a sword shape. If you want you can 'glue' the armour on with a little icing.
