BBQ Vegetables

This is a great Recipe to have with your family weekend BBQ's.

Cut some large corn cobs in half, then slice some medium tomatoes into quarters. Add some thinly sliced potatoes and mushrooms. Mix in some onion rings and some crushed garlic. Cook all of it until the onion rings go transparent. Serve with sausages or steak.

Chicken Schnitzel

This Recipe is from my own cooking experience:

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilogram Chicken thigh fillets (about 7)
1/2 cup Flour
1 egg

METHOD:
Cut all the chicken thighs in half. Tip 1/4 cup of flour into 2 bowls. Crack egg into another bowl and whisk lightly. Dip each piece of chicken into first flour, then egg, then flour again. Cook on a frypan
or Barbeque for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with mashed or baked potatoes.

Tip: Don't cook your chicken to long or it will go tough.

See ya!!!
